- Any delay in receiving tracking information means your order is still in the processing stage.
- Tracking Information
Customers will receive a tracking number only after the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received tracking information, this means your order is still being processed.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed after it has been shipped:

- Incorrect Shipping Address
